One exercise we found quite meaningful was an ERS reflection session around the following questions: _1. Where do I come from? How did I end up here? What drives me?_ _2. Why did I pick my PhD topic?_ _3. Which ERS topics are relevant for my research?_ _4. How can I make an impact in practice?_ _5. What do I need from my peers?_ _6. How do I position myself within my field of research?_ In small groups of 3-5 people there was a short but deep conversation around these questions for 10-15 minutes for each person. We thought that these kinds of ERS reflection sessions might be an interesting practice to bring to the community. We are organizing a protoype at the end of April and are interested in your feedback on whether you would be interested in additional, regular sessions once or twice a semester. > #inputs-by:: > #organized-by:: [[🏒 HSG Impact Scholar Community]] > #link:: > #attachment:: [[NA]] --- [edit](https://airtable.com/appDBRaLZw1cDDE4U/tblS9CudAz912nZI9/viwganiRn853we8Wu/recm6ry5o6VHFaO8k)| [🏠](obsidian://advanced-uri?vault=HSG-Ecosystem-Navigator&workspace=start) | [🌐](https://hsg.ecosystem-navigator.org)
